At Zipped.pk, we do not compromise. Our prices reflect a commitment to premium fabrics and superior stitching, designed for zero defects and maximum durability. Every piece undergoes a rigorous 3-point quality check before it is dispatched to you.

2. Zero-Complaint Policy

Because we prioritize high-end manufacturing over mass production, we stand behind every tracksuit. If you receive a product that does not meet our “Precision in Every Stitch” standard, we will resolve it immediately and at no extra cost to you.

3. Eligibility for Exchange

To maintain our hygiene and quality standards, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed (no signs of gym use or scent).

  • Complete with all original tags still attached.

  • Returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

4. Size Exchanges

We want your fit to be perfect. If you need a different size, we offer a seamless exchange process. Simply contact us via WhatsApp and we will guide you through the swap.

5. Refund Process

Refunds are provided if a replacement for a defective item is unavailable.

  • Method: EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer.

  • Timeline: Processed within 3–5 working days after the item passes our inspection.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For the protection of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on items that have been altered, damaged by the user, or show signs of wear.

7. Shipping for Returns

If an exchange is required due to a size preference, a standard delivery fee applies. If the exchange is due to a verified manufacturing fault, Zipped.pk covers all shipping costs.
